5 walk outs
10 push ups
10 second Sampson stretch each leg

Power Snatch (75%)

Death by Snatches (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Minute 1 – 1 Snatch (95/65)
Minute 2 – 2 Snatches
Minute 3 – 3 Snatches
Minute 4 – 4 Snatches
Etc… until number of reps cannot be completed within that minute

25 min Cap
