10 push ups
10 second Sampson stretch each leg

Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Tabata Planks (8 30 Sec Rds.)

20 Seconds Work, 10 Seconds rest. 4 Minutes.
