Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

AMRAP 10 Minutes (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Wall Climbs
10 Deadlifts (155/105)
15 Box Jumps

Double-Unders (2 Min MAX Effort x 3)
