10 second Sampson stretch each leg
5 Ring Dips or Box Dips
5 Pull Ups

Push Press (6 x 2 Increase Weight to 80%)

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds of:

Run 400 meters

21 Swings (55/35)

42 Squats
