Back Squat (5 x 3 @ 75%)

Utah (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

8 Minute AMRAP
8 Pushups
10 MedBall Cleans
12 Sit-ups

RX+ with Weighted MedBall Sit-Ups or Weighted Vest
