10 second Sampson stretch each leg

5 Ring Dips or Box Dips

5 Pull Ups

Couch Stretch

Push Press (5×5 75%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 Burpee pull ups

30 Air squats

60 Seconds of handstand hold
