CrossFit 70 – Wentzville – CrossFit

2016 Bragging Rights WOD 1 (No Measure)

1a. – 4 min AMRAP

· 2 partners (any mix) – 10 slam ball step ups, 1 lap (toss ball into box up loading dock)

· Score = amount of step ups

1b. – 4 min time cap, 2 partners (other 2)

· Partner 1 rows as closely to 100 m as possible

· Every meter over 100 = box jump (20” box)

· When P1 completes box jumps, tags P2 and they switch

· Score = time to accumulate 1,000m

2016 Bragging Rights WOD 2 (No Measure)

2 min sections, 1 partner working at a time

• Wall sit – at parallel – score is time in seconds

• Slam ball toss – max distance

• Tire flips – max reps

• Air squats – max reps

2016 Bragging Rights WOD 3 (No Measure)

Ground to Overhead

• 6 min to accumulate max total weight as a team

• Each member must contribute at least one lift

• Weight must be declared before time begins

2016 Bragging Rights WOD 4 (No Measure)

150 jump ropes

40 wall balls

30 synchronized partner sit-ups

20 pull-ups

10 synchronized burpees

1 rope climb – coach

*Team has to hold and cannot put down a 35# KB during the whole WOD
