CrossFit classes are coach-led, strength and conditioning workouts made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level that all athletes complete together. Each class is 1 hour and typically includes a warm-up, strength/skill/conditioning element, and a Workout of the Day (WOD).
With a CrossFit Membership, you’ll have access to all that CF70 has to offer: CrossFit, Burn, Sweat, Olympic Lifting, Open Gym and Functional Body Building classes. Choose the membership that’s right for you.
Monthly memberships auto-renew each month unless you tell us otherwise.
You must have prior CrossFit experience or complete our Kick Start Program before participating in CrossFit classes.

Kick Start Program
If you’re new to CrossFit, your fitness journey begins with our CrossFit Kick Start Program for $120.
- 4 private/semi-private Foundations classes with a CrossFit Coach who will introduce you to the lifts and movements of CrossFit and a whole lot more!
- Each session is 1 hour and includes a warm up, skill session, workout, cool down and Q/A time.
- Once you complete all of your Foundations classes, you can choose to purchase a CrossFit monthly membership and participate in all of our CrossFit classes!
